TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Title to the Goods will pass to the Customer on the date the Customer pays the Price for the Goods in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, risk in the Goods will pass to the Customer when the Goods have been Delivered to the Customer or when the Customer has Collected the Goods (as applicable), and the Customer has not rejected the Goods, in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Jellystone Designs has a minimum order spend of $200 USD per order. Retailers are approved based on the information provided in the initial enquiry. If circumstances change such as a change of location or new store, the retailer must contact support@jellystonedesigns.com.au to be reapproved.

4. We reserve the right to review and adjust wholesale pricing arrangements based on purchase volume at any time.The resale of this product by the Buyer is prohibited under the terms of this agreement. Buyer warrants and covenants not to resell the product to third-parties or on third party platforms (e.g. Ebay, Amazon, Etsy, Facebook).
